Expands the prohibition on corrupt use of nonpublic information to include current and former officers, employees, and contractors of political subdivisions, not just state agencies

Prohibited conduct includes using nonpublic information for personal gain, acquiring or divesting financial interests based on such information, speculating or wagering, benefiting immediate family members or associated businesses, and unauthorized disclosure

Violation constitutes a felony punishable by up to $10,000 fine, up to 5 years imprisonment, or both

Convicted individuals are permanently barred from holding public office in Oklahoma and from entering contracts with state agencies or political subdivisions

Effective date: November 1, 2026
