Oklahoma Department of Labor must consult with the Division of Veterans Services to create and distribute a veterans benefits and services poster

Poster must include information on substance abuse and mental health treatment, educational and workforce resources, tax benefits, veteran driver licenses/IDs, unemployment insurance eligibility, legal services, and the VA Veterans Crisis Line

Employers with more than 50 full-time equivalent employees must display the poster in a conspicuous place accessible to all employees

Effective date is November 1, 2026
