Municipal bond proposals must contain only one subject, which must be clearly expressed and defined in the ballot title

Multiple bond proposals may appear on the same ballot, but each must require a separate vote

A bond proposal may violate the act if funds are appropriated and spent by more than one agency, department, or director unless specified in the ballot proposal

Funds may be transferred between departments or agencies within the municipality as long as they are used for the project specified in the bond proposal
