Amends Oklahoma's Plumbing License Law of 1955 to create distinct license categories: residential journeyman plumber, unlimited journeyman plumber, residential plumbing contractor, and unlimited plumbing contractor

Establishes specific examination qualifications requiring applicants be 18+ years old with varying experience requirements: 2 years for journeyman licenses, 1 year as licensed journeyman plus additional experience for contractor licenses

Allows multiple pathways to licensure including trade experience under a licensed contractor, completion of approved educational programs (minimum 1,000 classroom hours plus 2,000-4,000 hours field experience), military service experience, or equivalent out-of-state licenses

Requires a minimum score of 70% on each part of the plumbing examination to pass, with a 30-day waiting period after initial failure before retaking

Sets license duration at one year expiring on the last day of the licensee's birth month, with continuing education required for renewal; effective November 1, 2026
