Eliminates the petty cash fund in the finance department of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, which was previously authorized for up to $500.00 to pay litigation expenses including court costs, filing fees, and witness fees

Amends 62 O.S. 2021, Section 195 by striking the subsection that created and governed the Corporation Commission's petty cash fund

Retains existing petty cash funds for other state entities including state institutions, Department of Human Services, Oklahoma Health Care Authority, State Department of Health, and Department of Environmental Quality

Effective date of November 1, 2026
