Creates the "Outdoors in Oklahoma Act" establishing a sales tax holiday during the entire month of October (October 1 at 12:01 a.m. through October 31 at midnight)

Exempts firearms (handguns, rifles, shotguns), ammunition, camping supplies, hunting supplies, and fishing supplies from state sales tax during this period

Camping supplies covered include tents, sleeping bags, camp stoves, lanterns, portable coolers, backpacks, and water purification devices

Hunting and fishing supplies covered include camouflage clothing, decoys, tree stands, game calls, fishing rods, reels, lures, tackle boxes, and similar equipment

Rental of these items is explicitly excluded from the tax exemption; effective date is September 1, 2026
