Prohibits any person from acting as a "straw person or party" to knowingly and willfully purchase or attempt to purchase property in Oklahoma on behalf of a foreign national

Defines "straw person or party" as a third party put up in name only to take part in a transaction, including nominal parties, agents taking title for foreign nationals, or persons purchasing property to conceal a foreign national's identity

Establishes violation as a felony punishable by up to 2 years imprisonment, a fine up to $1,000, or both

Creates new Section 1525 of Title 21 (Crimes and Punishments) of Oklahoma Statutes
