Amends 20 O.S. 2021, Section 123 to expand the jurisdiction of special judges in Oklahoma courts

Authorizes special judges to hear and decide applications for court orders to issue titles, including orders directing the issuance, reissuance, correction, or replacement of certificates of title for motor vehicles, manufactured homes, vessels, or other titled property

Grants special judges authority to enter any orders necessary and proper to effectuate the issuance of title

Effective date: November 1, 2026
