Establishes a dedicated child protection docket as a new category within Oklahoma district courts, adding to existing dockets (civil, criminal, traffic, probate, juvenile/family relations, small claims, and business)

Requires associate district judges or special judges assigned to child protection dockets to hear child protection cases exclusively

Mandates specialized training for assigned judges in child welfare law, child trauma, and the foster care system

Directs the Administrative Office of the Courts to implement uniform procedures across all child protection dockets statewide

Effective date: November 1, 2026
