Amends 37A O.S. 2021, Section 5-120 to establish a specific deadline for alcoholic beverage licensees to provide records when requested by the ABLE Commission or Oklahoma Tax Commission

Licensees must provide books, records, inventories, invoices, and other accounting documents within 10 business days after being requested by authorized representatives

Removes the requirement that records be available "at all times" for inspection, replacing it with the 10-business-day response window

Maintains the existing 3-year record retention requirement for all documents required under the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act

Effective date: November 1, 2026
