Eliminates the option for undocumented students to file an application or affidavit to receive resident tuition rates at Oklahoma public colleges and universities

Requires the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to verify lawful immigration status through the federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program

Bars individuals not lawfully present in the United States from eligibility for state-based postsecondary education benefits, scholarships, financial aid, or resident tuition rates

Removes the previous provision that protected undocumented students who filed immigration legalization applications from being disqualified from state scholarships or financial aid

Effective date: November 1, 2026
