Grants operating companies 120 days to fully correct violations, with shorter deadlines permitted for imminent threats to public health, safety, or the environment

Mandates the Corporation Commission to order cessation of operations if violations remain uncorrected after 120 days, with resumption only after full correction and verification that continued operation poses no risk
