Prohibits unauthorized immigrants from receiving food stamp (SNAP) benefits, Medicaid, or SoonerCare benefits under any circumstances in Oklahoma

Defines unauthorized immigrants as individuals without proper legal documentation, including those who entered the U.S. without inspection, overstayed lawful admission, or violated terms of their admission

Imposes penalties on unauthorized immigrants who receive benefits and on any individual who knowingly assists them in obtaining benefits

Amends four sections of Oklahoma law (56 O.S. Section 241, Section 1011.15; 63 O.S. Section 3209, Section 3277) to add the immigration status restrictions
