Oklahoma Health Care Authority must file a Medicaid waiver or state plan amendment by January 1, 2027, to impose a $35.00 cost-sharing requirement per provision of care, items, or services for Medicaid expansion enrollees

Cost-sharing for non-emergency use of emergency departments cannot be reduced below $35.00 for expansion enrollees

Total cost-sharing charges for all family members cannot exceed 5% of family income, calculated on a quarterly basis

Healthcare providers may require expansion enrollees to pay cost-sharing charges as a condition of receiving care, and the cost-sharing amount will be deducted from provider payments regardless of whether the provider collects payment
