Amends 56 O.S. 2021, Section 1020 to modify the list of community-based programs for persons with developmental disabilities administered by the Department of Human Services

Adds home delivered meals as a new community-based service, providing ready-to-eat, refrigerated, frozen, vacuum-packaged, or shelf-stable culturally appropriate meals to eligible persons with developmental or intellectual disabilities

Home delivered meals must be provided 5 or more days per week to the person's residence or alternative location of their choosing

Removes "assistance in the preparation of meals" from the definition of supportive assistance services

Effective date: November 1, 2026
