Amends the Governmental Tort Claims Act (51 O.S. 2021, Section 152) to expand the definition of "political subdivision" to include public trusts created pursuant to Section 3224 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Extends coverage to sole member not-for-profit corporations of such public trusts and any sole member not-for-profit subsidiaries of such corporations

Aligns the definition in paragraph 12 (political subdivision) with existing language already present in paragraph 7 (employee) of the same statute, creating consistency across the Act

Effective date of November 1, 2026
