Amends the definition of "employment" in Oklahoma labor law to change agricultural labor payment references from "remuneration in cash" to "wages" for purposes of determining employer coverage thresholds ($20,000 or more in wages per quarter)

Grants the Oklahoma Workforce Commission access to confidential employment data held by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, subject to a formal agreement and showing of need

Requires any information obtained by the Oklahoma Workforce Commission to remain confidential by law, exempt from open records requests, freedom of information requests, and subpoenas

Permits the Oklahoma Workforce Commission to release only aggregated data that meets disclosure requirements established by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission
