Creates the Oklahoma Distillers Trail Commission as a 9-member state governmental agency to promote Oklahoma distilleries and enhance tourism and economic development

Commission members serve 6-year terms, with 5 appointed by the Lieutenant Governor, 2 by the House Speaker, and 2 by the Senate President Pro Tempore; members must be knowledgeable about the Oklahoma distilling industry

Commission will annually approve and publish an official list of ABLE Commission-licensed distilleries operating in Oklahoma for tourism and marketing purposes

Grants the Commission authority to adopt rules, sell advertising, make contracts, hire staff, and develop public-private partnerships to market the Distillers Trail

Commission may accept private donations to fund operations until permanent state appropriations are allocated; effective date November 1, 2026
