Amends the definition of "career teacher" in Oklahoma education law (70 O.S. 2021, Section 6-101.3) to allow teachers who achieved career status in one school district to transfer that status when hired by another district, subject to the new district's board of education approval

Career teacher status obtained through inter-district transfer applies for evaluation purposes only

Maintains existing pathways to career teacher status: 3+ consecutive years with "superior" TLE ratings for at least 2 of 3 years, or 4 consecutive years averaging "effective" ratings with "effective" in the final 2 years, or principal petition approved by superintendent and board
