Allows Unlimited Journeyman Electrician, Residential Journeyman Electrician, and electrical contractor licenses expired more than one year to be renewed or reinstated without reexamination

Requires applicants to pay the standard renewal fee for each year expired, plus accrued late fees, plus a reinstatement penalty fee not to exceed $200 per full year of expiration

Mandates completion of all continuing education hours that would have been required during the expiration period, plus an additional 6 hours of Board-approved continuing education for each full year expired

Requires verification that applicants have no disqualifying disciplinary actions or criminal convictions bearing on fitness to practice as an electrician

Directs the Construction Industries Board to promulgate implementing rules within 180 days of the effective date of November 1, 2026
