Amends the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit Program to expand reporting requirements for the Oklahoma Tax Commission's monthly website updates

Requires reporting on applications approved and denied for applicants below the federal poverty line and below the state's median household income

Mandates disclosure of approved applications where eligible students also receive the Lindsay Nicole Henry Scholarship or other state-funded scholarships/grants

Requires publication of the median income of families of all approved students participating in the program

Effective date of November 1, 2026
