Expands existing criminal protections against electronic harassment and doxxing to include municipal officials and public school board members, in addition to peace officers, state public officials, election officials, medical care providers, and crime victims

Criminalizes using electronic communication devices to publish personally identifiable information with intent to threaten, intimidate, or harass protected individuals when it places them in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury

First offense is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in county jail, a fine up to $1,000, or both; second or subsequent offenses carry up to 1 year in jail, a fine up to $2,000, or both

Modifies the definition of "public official" to explicitly include persons elected or appointed to municipal offices, authorities, boards, commissions, or public school boards
