Students automatically become eligible for Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarships if the school district fails to meet the 45-school-day eligibility determination deadline, with professional development days and parent-teacher conference days counting as school days

Students deemed eligible due to missed deadlines receive scholarships calculated using State Aid factors multiplied by grade weight; once the district formally confirms special education eligibility, students receive the full scholarship amount including disability weights

Amends the existing Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program, which provides private school scholarships to students with IEPs, those formerly in state custody, military-connected students, and students experiencing homelessness
