Increases the gross annual sales threshold for qualifying local food establishments from $75,000 to $1,500,000

Expands food safety training requirements to apply to any person producing local food products, not just producers of time- or temperature-controlled foods

Changes required disclosure language from "private residence" to "facility" to reflect the broader scope of eligible production locations

Effective date of November 1, 2026
