Amends 10A O.S. 2021, Section 2-7-611 to make it a felony for staff members who knowingly bring prohibited items into secure areas of the Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center

Prohibited items include guns, knives, bombs, controlled dangerous substances, alcoholic beverages, tobacco/nicotine/vapor products, unauthorized money or financial documents, items designated as contraband by administrative code, and items posing security threats

Conviction carries imprisonment of 1-5 years in Department of Corrections custody, a fine of $100-$1,000, or both

Removes previous language that applied the felony provision to "any person, including a resident of the facility" and narrows it specifically to staff members

Effective date: November 1, 2026
