Adds mandatory 2 hours of annual training on domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and lethality assessment protocol for full-time CLEET-certified peace officers (in addition to existing 2 hours on mental health within the 25-hour annual requirement)

Adds mandatory 1 hour of annual training on domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and lethality assessment protocol for reserve peace officers (in addition to existing 1 hour on mental health within the 8-hour annual requirement)

Amends 70 O.S. 2021, Section 3311.4 governing continuing law enforcement education requirements administered by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET)

Effective date of November 1, 2026
