Amends 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-1452 to allow certified micropigmentation practitioners to perform medical micropigmentation independently without physician supervision after completing 6,240 hours of supervised practice

Requires practitioners seeking independent authority to report their supervised hours to the State Board of Health

Maintains existing requirements that medical micropigmentation must be performed in a physician's office by physicians, registered nurses with certification, or certified practitioners

Registered nurses must continue working under physician supervision with no pathway to independent practice under this bill

Effective date: November 1, 2026
