Bars prohibited foreign parties from holding any interest in agricultural land within a 10-mile radius of critical infrastructure, including military installations, power facilities, dams, and communication systems

Reduces the divestiture timeline from 5 years to 1 year for prohibited foreign parties who acquire land through devise, descent, or foreclosure, or resident aliens who cease Oklahoma residency

Requires deeds recorded with county clerks to include a notarized affidavit attesting compliance with foreign ownership restrictions, with the Attorney General responsible for promulgating affidavit forms
