Extends the sunset date for the State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2030, allowing the board to continue operating for an additional five years

The board consists of 11 members appointed by the Governor, including representatives from each congressional district, cosmetology and barbering practitioners, school administrators, and one lay person

Board members must be Oklahoma citizens, at least 25 years old, high school graduates, and professional members must have at least 5 years of continuous practical experience in their field

Effective date is July 1, 2026, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
