Creates the "Providers' Bill of Rights Act of 2026" requiring assisted living facilities to post enumerated provider rights in a prominent location within each facility

Grants providers the right to terminate resident contracts for just cause with 30-day written notice, or immediately if required by a resident's health needs or for the physical safety of residents

Allows providers to refuse inappropriate referrals, decline services beyond those contracted, refuse to share information with third-party providers, and maintain weapon-free and drug-free environments

Entitles facilities to obtain relevant information and records about referred consumers for placement assessment, and to be informed of residents' history of self-abuse, violent behavior, alcoholism, or drug abuse
