Oklahoma Medicaid must reimburse prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services separately rather than using a global or all-inclusive payment methodology for maternity care

Covered services include office visits, laboratory fees, physician-ordered testing, blood work, and fetal nonstress tests

Continuous glucose monitors and other gestational diabetes services are covered when medically necessary

Effective date is November 1, 2026
