Grant applicants must report staffing information including numbers of full-time staff, part-time staff, and volunteers, with specific licensing details for any medical professionals

Centers must provide client service data including unique clients served and breakdowns by service type: pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STD/STI tests, pregnancy counseling, sexual risk education, parenting education, and material support (diapers, wipes, clothing, car seats, strollers, cribs, formula)

Upon grant completion, centers must submit an independent financial audit for each facility and updated reporting on all financial, staffing, and service metrics

Pregnancy centers must provide clients free copies of their records within 10 business days; granting agencies must provide financial documents to the public within 20 business days with health information redacted; effective November 1, 2026
