Adds "stillborn" to the definition of "relative of the employee" for purposes of Oklahoma's state leave sharing program, allowing state employees to receive donated leave following a stillbirth

State employees may receive up to 5 days of donated leave per calendar year for bereavement following the death of a relative or household member, including stillborn deaths

Employees must have at least 1 year of continuous state service to participate in the leave sharing program and must exhaust all personal paid leave before receiving donated leave
