Creates the Rural District Attorney Loan Repayment Assistance Program to provide student loan repayment assistance for full-time assistant district attorneys working in designated high-need rural jurisdictions in Oklahoma

District Attorneys Council may pay up to $5,000 per year toward an eligible employee's qualified education loans, with a lifetime maximum of $50,000 per employee

Requires 2,000 hours of full-time service in a high-need jurisdiction for each $5,000 received; employees who leave early must reimburse payments on a pro rata basis

Selection committee of district attorney representatives will determine eligibility and designate high-need jurisdictions based on population size, remoteness, vacancy rates, and distance to higher education institutions

Establishes the Rural District Attorney Loan Repayment Assistance Program Revolving Fund in the State Treasury; effective November 1, 2026
