Exempts charity events from all costs and fees for permits and licenses issued by the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission for professional combative sports, amateur mixed martial arts, and amateur kickboxing events

Defines "charity event" as any event hosted by a charitable organization to raise money for a philanthropic purpose

Amends 3A O.S. 2021, Section 607, which governs the Commission's authority to set fees for sanctioning permits and participant licenses

Effective date: November 1, 2026
