Willful trespass on critical infrastructure without permission is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of at least $1,000, up to 6 months in county jail, or both

Trespass with intent to damage, vandalize, or impede operations elevates the offense to a Class D3 felony with a minimum $10,000 fine and potential imprisonment

Willfully damaging equipment at a critical infrastructure facility is a Class D3 felony punishable by up to $100,000 fine, up to 10 years imprisonment, or both
