Eliminates driver's license suspension as a penalty for nonpayment of court-ordered fines, fees, and costs arising from moving traffic violations in Oklahoma

Requires Service Oklahoma to remove all existing license suspensions imposed solely for nonpayment of court financial obligations by November 30, 2026, and provide affected individuals a list for reinstatement

Prohibits Service Oklahoma from charging reinstatement fees specifically for suspensions removed under this act, though standard reinstatement fees under Section 6-212 may still apply

Courts must issue orders directing removal of applicable suspensions upon receiving the list from Service Oklahoma, and affected individuals can reinstate driving privileges at any Service Oklahoma location if not suspended for other reasons

Effective date: November 1, 2026
