Amends Oklahoma civil procedure law (12 O.S. 2021, Section 1148.6) governing defendants who assert title to real property or claim boundary disputes in court proceedings

Authorizes courts to order defendants asserting title to real property to post a bond payable to the court clerk, capped at 10% of the property's current market value

Bond is conditioned upon the defendant's compliance with future court orders or judgments regarding the disputed property

Updates statutory language from "land" to "real property" and adds gender-neutral pronouns throughout the statute
