Private property owners are protected from liability for injuries or deaths resulting from inherent risks of dirt bike use on their property, including surface variations, collisions with objects, operator error, animal attacks, and delayed medical care in remote locations

Participants who rent, lease, or use dirt bikes on private property assume the inherent risks of dirt bike use and cannot maintain legal claims against property owners for injuries from those risks

Liability protection does not apply when property owners intentionally injure participants, commit gross negligence, provide knowingly unsafe dirt bikes, fail to exercise ordinary care, or engage in willful misconduct or criminal conduct

The law does not apply to employer-employee relationships
