Repair personnel employed or contracted by home warranty companies must be bonded and insured, hold a valid state license, or present documented proof of required training or certifications

Home warranty companies must provide policyholders with documentation of contractors' and employees' licenses, training standards, or certifications within 24 hours upon request

Claims assessment must occur within 48 hours of submission, with the home warranty company arranging an appropriate representative to evaluate any covered warranty item
