Amends Oklahoma Open Records Act Section 24A.8 to require law enforcement agencies to make all arrest and incident reports available for public inspection, replacing the previous requirement for only a "chronological list of incidents"

Expands required public disclosure to include initial offense report information showing the offense, date, time, general location, officer, and summary of what occurred

Removes the word "brief" from the description of incident summaries, potentially requiring more detailed information to be made public

Effective date: November 1, 2026
