Increases penalties for unauthorized persons who hold themselves out as notaries public, use notary seals, or perform notarial acts from the previous penalty to a $2,500 fine and minimum 90 days imprisonment in county jail

Increases penalties for notarial officers who fail to make good faith identity verification before performing notarial acts from a maximum $1,000 fine and up to 10 days jail to a $2,500 fine and minimum 90 days imprisonment

Violations remain classified as misdemeanors under Oklahoma law
