Theft of such products valued at $1,000 or more is a Class C2 felony punishable by $100-$50,000 fine, 1-10 years in Department of Corrections custody, forfeiture of crime instrumentality, or combination

Environmental damage caused by the theft resulting in remediation costs exceeding $2,500 triggers a separate felony conviction

Updates statutory language to replace "State Penitentiary" with "custody of the Department of Corrections"
