Legal entities (partnerships, corporations, LLCs) are prohibited from acquiring title to more than 50 parcels of single-family residential property in Oklahoma

Exemptions apply to natural persons and entities that acquire property to construct or operate rental housing where the primary purpose is leasing to tenants

Properties already held by entities as of the effective date are grandfathered and not subject to the restriction

Effective date is November 1, 2026
