Creates the "Protection from Workplace Violence Act" allowing employers with more than two employees or current employees to seek protective orders against former employees who engage in harassment or stalking at the workplace

Defines harassment as a knowing and willful pattern of conduct by a former employee that causes substantial emotional distress, and stalking as willful, malicious, repeated following or harassment that causes fear or intimidation

Establishes procedures for emergency ex parte orders (same-day hearings) and final protective orders lasting up to 5 years, with no filing fees charged to petitioners; courts may order continuous protection based on defendant's history of violence or court order violations

Violations are punishable as misdemeanors (up to $1,000 fine and/or 1 year jail) for first offense, escalating to felonies (up to 2 years imprisonment and $10,000 fine) for subsequent violations; violations causing physical injury carry mandatory minimum 20-day sentences

Authorizes warrantless arrests for protective order violations, requires law enforcement to enter orders into National Crime Information Center database within 24 hours, and mandates seizure of weapons used in workplace violence incidents
