Amends Oklahoma workers' compensation law (85A O.S. 2021, Section 50) to modify reimbursement rates for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services

Removes the previous reimbursement cap for radiology procedures that limited payment to the lesser of the 2010 Oklahoma Fee Schedule or 207% of the Medicare Fee Schedule

MRI services remain restricted to providers that meet Medicare requirements or hold accreditation from the American College of Radiology, Intersocietal Accreditation Commission, or Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations

Declared an emergency measure, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
