Oklahoma students ages 14-18 enrolled in grades 9-12 (public, private, or homeschool equivalent) would be exempt from fees for REAL ID Noncompliant Identification Cards

Fee exemption applies to both initial issuance and replacement cards for qualifying students

Amends 47 O.S. 2021, Section 6-105.3 to add students to existing fee exemptions for persons 65 and older and 100% disabled veterans

Service Oklahoma authorized to promulgate rules and procedures to implement the student fee waiver provision
