Amends 74 O.S. 2021, Section 935.9 to expand investment options for participants in Oklahoma's defined contribution retirement system

Grants participants the option to exercise independent control over the investment of their individual accounts

Allows participants to invest in assets outside of the standard plan options when determining their investments under the plan

Maintains existing Board of Trustees authority to contract with business entities for investment choices, including guaranteed lifetime income products such as annuities

Effective date: November 1, 2026
