Settlement agreement provisions that conceal details of child sexual abuse or child sexual exploitation claims are void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy, though victim identifying information remains confidential

Applies retroactively to agreements entered before the effective date, unless a related cause of action was already initiated and a final declaratory judgment declares the agreement enforceable

Eliminates the statute of limitations for prosecuting sexual crimes against children, allowing prosecution at any time after commission of the offense (previously limited to the victim's 45th birthday)

Adds an exception to mandatory reporting requirements for healthcare professionals when sexual activity occurred between minors during a medical history review, without evidence of coercion, exploitation, threat, or intimidation
