Amends 82 O.S. 2021, Section 1324.16 to expand training workshop organization options for rural water district and nonprofit rural water corporation board members

Allows the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to organize required board member training workshops in cooperation with either the Oklahoma Rural Water Association or a qualified state supplier (previously limited to Oklahoma Rural Water Association only)

Maintains existing requirement that board members complete minimum 6 hours of workshop training within 12 months of election, covering district financing, law, ethics, duties, and responsibilities

Continues requirement for all board members to obtain 6 hours of continuing education every 3 years, with workshops offered within 75 miles of members' residences

Effective date: November 1, 2026
